We ask all patients to complete a complaints form (click here) because it helps us understand your concerns fully and ensures we respond in the most appropriate way. The form gives you the chance to explain what happened in your own words and lets us know what outcome or resolution you’re hoping for.  It also helps us improve the way we handle complaints overall, by making sure nothing important is missed and that we learn from the experience to provide better care in the future.
