Feedback & Complaints
GP Patient Survery
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
Click here to see some core information about how the surgery performed last year.
The latest results of our Friends and Family test can be seen below. This question asks:
'Thinking about our GP practice, overall, how was your experience of our service?'
As from 13.01.2026 there are two ways that you can make a complaint:
- You can complain direct to Ratby Medical Centre OR
- You can complain to Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB). You can find details about this by clicking here.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
Please submit your complaint in writing to the Practice manager and send this to our email address: Ratby.medicalcentre@nhs.net.
Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception or contact them for a copy of our leaflet.
