We have a PPG here at Ratby Surgery, we meet quarterly here at the surgery.  There is always a doctor representative from the practice at the meetings. This gives PPG members an opportunity to voice any concerns or suggestions; it also gives the practice an opportunity to discuss any future planning and to listen to members views.

It is not a forum for any personal complaints these can be directed to our Complaints Manager at the Surgery.

The PPG also have a notice board in the waiting room which has various posters and information on.
