We have a new established PPG here at Ratby Medical Centre, we meet quarterly here at the surgery.  There is always a doctor representative from the practice at the meetings. This gives PPG members an opportunity to voice any concerns or suggestions; it also gives the practice an opportunity to discuss any future planning and to listen to members views.

It is not a forum for any personal complaints these can be directed to our Practice Manager at the Surgery.

If you would like to join our group please ask to speak to our PPG practice lead when next at reception. Alternatively send us an email ratby.medicalcentre@nhs.net to show your interest. The PPG lead will then be in touch!
